    Man samsung's store is janky and poorly coded. I've been vaguely trying to get a Flip5 for a few days, but it seems totally random which codes will actually apply, and I've never managed to make them all apply at once.

      Oh no I'm sure the code is excellent, it's the ops team at fault for not assembling it correctly upon deployment. That or the infra team for not lubing up the pipes sufficiently to handle the load.

      The bigger the company the crappier the website!

    I read that we dont really have to send the tradein phone to Samsung. And some said there would be a $30 late fee charged.
    Can anyone share more on this?

      I'm going through the same thing. According to T&C's it says Device trade in fee +$60 is the fee to not send in. For ex. if trade in value is $5, total fee will be $65.

        I made a purchase
        Was pre-charged the trade in value and credit was offset against the purchase.
        The amount would be refunded if you send the device.
        Received an email saying i could also go to a physical store to complete the trade in
