I find it a little bit annoying the way this is expressed, ie. "$20 off…". You are actually getting a 20% discount, which is fairly standard for most industries these days, and have to spend $100 to get it. It would be more accurate to say "spend $100, get 20% discount".
Because you are only getting $20 off, not 20% off. It is pretty hard to spend exactly $100 with all the $x.99, so you'll probably spend $105 or even $120 (which a $20 discount is 16.67% off). Worse still is if you spend $199 as you only get $20 off which is 10%. A 20% off deal would be much better IMO.

Just tried to place an order. It states $20 off a $100 order, but it only works if you spend $110 (ie $100 + GST). Don't say that anywhere though. Misleading advertising!
