A friend who works at Woolies just informed me of a staff deal at all Dick Smith Stores obn the 4th of December - 10% off all items for any staff card holders (I'm sure everybody knows one).
On top of that some items have additional specials, notably:
Ipods - Additional 10% Off
Navman / Tom Tom - Additional 10% Off
Buy any console & get 2 free games
As far as could be seen on the terms and conditions this can be applied with the 10% off store wide, so 20% off GPS Units, 20% off Ipods qnd 10% off consoles with 2 free games.
Were a few other special deals as well but these stood out.
I knew about the staff discount days, but didn't know about what the extra offers were.
Thursday 4th December: 10% off store wide + more exclusive offers
Thursday 18th December: 10% off store wide
Regular staff discount terms & conditions apply - so the card holder has to literally be holding the card - if someone else gives the card to you, you risk costing them their job if caught.
