The after-sales service of Shopping Express is very poor. No one answers the phone, and there is no response to emails. If you want to shop at Shopping Express, please check online reviews first. There are cases of refusing refunds after returns, and there are cases of items never being shipped. If you are tempted by low prices and decide to buy anything from them, good luck!!!

Bought plenty of hardware off these guys and never had an issue but in saying that, also never had an issue with Mwave, Scorptec, Umart, PCCG, PCByte (now part of Umart) and BPC either
