    So with AliExpress anyone been lucky to get in contact with real person? Just goes in circles for dispute. (Seller sent to other address, sent to Sydney. I’m in perth) and because of that says “I received and signed the item”. DHL confirmed wasn’t sent to my name” and somehow it said in AliExpress coming here. And refund policy is return to seller for refund lol. Should’ve known better.

          TBH, I didn’t even notice the shop name when I posted the deal… I’ve had a really good experience on AliExpress with every order. Never had anything go awry.. I can only hope this is the same..

            @theSav: Should be fine this one as seems to have few reviews. Mine had none. Didn’t really check. Def check next time getting something. Their dispute system is not the best either. Mostly bot and hardly any human. Oh well. See what happens not a biggie, was $80.

      Yep I warned people 3 times on this thread as I had the same issues few weeks back buying an mjx. Got sent an RC trike worth $30. Exactly like the review from someone on this product is showing. Luckily I got my money back fairly easily. Last time there were hundreds of people that had the same experience and then the listing was removed.

          Not sure. AliExpress support is pretty bad in my experience. Mostly EVA chatbots. Good luck to get a real person. In process with a dispute from other purchase. My guess is i lost money but learnt lesson. If you do get a real person please let us know here what you typed or pressed.

    It was a scam. Stupid Tricycle thing like a few others have received. First time getting baited by Aliexpress. Have bought dozens of things over the years without issue….

        If you paid for the order by Paypal, you can open dispute both on AliExpress and Paypal. But protection time for opening dispute is different:

        • On PayPal: you can open dispute on PayPal within 180 days after payment.

        • On AliExpress: you can only open dispute 11th day after seller has sent out the goods, until to the 15th day after delivery time is over or you confirmed the receipt.

        Please respond dispute on Paypal if it is opened on Paypal, and contact PayPal customer service if there is any question about the dispute. Back to category

    Got the tricycle today.

    Put a refund request with a picture of the unopened tricycle box and got a reply from AliExpress.

      I got a full refund abouit 12 hours after logging it yesterday.
      Login to account. Go into your orders, find it. Order details. Returns/refunds. Then you can open a case. I used the reason as 'different model received'

      This is all from memory as i cant replicate it now.

      In short - dont contact the seller. Go straight to a case.

      Get revenge on those Cunning Stunt Tricycle b*stards.

      I chatted with online chat and explained seller was dishonestly sending different items and had made a new listing of the same item, because of the bad feedback and also linked them to this thread. I am not sure if it will make a difference, but they did say not to worry about sending the item back.

      I also shared the links with MJX marketing team.

          I was using desktop browser you just request online chat, didn't have to wait long maybe 2 minutes for an agent.

          Have received refund. Don't need to return item. I was hoping the crap RC car would be a little better, but it's worse than the $ 20 ones I've bought previously.

    But need to get the proie then confirm the sender is happy to pay.

    I got my dodgy Tricycle RC car yesterday afternoon too.

    Put a dispute in with AliExpress last night (with two pics showing the shipping label and item) and received the full refund this morning. I used the ‘item is not as described’ option. The AliExpress prompt said that I’ll have to mail it back to the seller, but the refund details this morning gave a full refund and say I don’t need to return the item.

    I too received a toy car and the only solution for me was send item back. Obviously I'm not going to front postage so I tried contacting Ali and seller with no great responses.

    I then decided to launch a MasterCard claim for a full refund. Let's see how that goes. I will report back with the results

          Seems like you did the wrong thing from the start? You didn't need to contact the seller at all. Just put in a claim with aliexpress and you get the refund automatically without having to send the item back. Do what "6000SUX" said earlier in the deal.

    As an AE heavy user (over 1000 purchases) and I can say that if everyone complains they will shut the seller down. Don't pay for postage back if the seller has gone quiet. In chat get AE to promise (and record it) that they will cover the postage costs if the seller fails to respond. I did this but still took many hours in chat - and it times out after 5 minutes of no response from wither party, so keep typing something every 4 minutes while they 'chat to a supervisor'. I had a parcel go back China and it came back "no such address" so AE tried saying I had delivered the product. Stand your ground and restate the case everytime. Ut took many hours but I got there. Ping em with paypal too.

        Yeah. Got a hold of support. They asked me to prove it wasn’t delivered. It was sent to other address in Sydney (I am in perth). Said that to them and they wanted proof. Sent a picture of ground saying not here. Fk. They asked me to contact DHL and for them to say wasn’t for me the tracking number.

    Raised a dispute. Been trying to chat people and ask them to do something about it.
    None of them can help me. Some get disconnected. Some look at order but seem like cant do anything.
    Not sure why dispute is now waiting for 15 days. Even though it just arrived today.

    Chat doesn't work, and dispute replies wait for parcel.
    Submitted another dispute escalation no idea what will happen.

    I cant believe that its this hard to resolve a scammer item.
    This is really bad!!!!!!

      Yep I had same problem with another item. I bought a counterfeit charger a while back and AliExpress sided with the scammer. They don’t want to acknowledge their own platform is exploited by criminals. Also, chat support “disconnects” to protect their customer feedback rating.

    or send back and get full refund (seller paying shipping).

    I chat seller ask them are you going to pay USD$40? to return shipping.
    The bot or person said yes yes we will pay……

    Something tells me they will pay nothing. And aliexpress will have to pay the shipping fee. and refund.
    Or is this still part of the scam???? Fake return address? or return takes too long etc?
