        They don't always. I asked them to price match a microwave and they said it was below their cost (When comparing it to Amazon or TGG). YMMV depending on the product.

    worth noting gcs are usually ineligible with myer cb. but if you're looking to buy some dior, hermes, aesop, or chanel, this is definitely a good deal!

          I think their point is that those brands are always excluded from cashback so using the giftcards is the only discount available.

          For other items, using cashback is better since it's usually more than 13%.

            @lorikeet: this is exactly what i meant .. thought that was pretty clear :)

            only other thing i should clarify is i was meaning to say you can't stack gift cards and cashback. hence, buying at a cashback of 20% for example is a better deal than using gift cards with today's bonus value.

        Even when Myer don’t cancel anything in the order, in my experience they frequently reject cash back with no reason given.

        My last order of $250 should have been eligible for 25% cash back but they’ve rejected it and CR team aren’t interested in helping, despite having screenshots of the transaction in the CR app and invoices matching the time in my click history. Has happened to me multiple times now, always when the cash back is a larger amount.

    Just realised bonus applies to $200 GC only, was trying to buy a $70 GC to pay for an $80 item, there was no indication during checkout to say it will be an $80 GC. Lucky I double checked.
