The best by date of November 2023 indicates the product's effectiveness and quality will remain at normal levels through the end of the month (November 30th).
It's best by though which means before November.
Also 'best by' is usually worse than 'best before' with expiry being the worst.Tgis means that the quality and effectiveness will take effect in a few days if it hasn't already.
