I've purchased this deal before, it's a A5 sheet with a combo of varying size stickers. Can vouch for their durability on hard surfaces (bottles, stationery, toys) but not great for clothing and shoes.
FYI there’s specific label sets for clothes (iron on) and shoes (extra sticky circular ones), but yes not part of this deal
How waterproof? Like if used on drink bottles, lunch boxes, etc, that will get washed from time to time.
We hand wash the bottles so it's been up to 12-18 months with fading around the sides but the name is still visible. I'd imagine it wouldn't last as long in a dish washer due to heat.

I put my Tupperware through the dishwasher and the name labels have lasted for years so far.
I remember this company scamming people at Christmas a few years ago with santa letters they never sent out. You paid $5 for a free personalised letter from Santa and postage. The majority of people didn’t receive any letter and when you’d complain that you hadn’t received the letter, they sent you the letter via PDF and never refunded your $5 unless you really made a big fuss.
So just seemed like they were making $5 from so many people and not actually sending anything out and would just PDF it instead if someone complained about not getting the letter.

Uh oh. I paid $5 each for Christmas letter for my two kids from them this year. Hope they don't pull that again.
If it was just me it happened to I would have said bad luck the post man lost it. But my partner also ordered one. We ordered one each and they were being sent to 2 different nieces and the same thing happened to us. I complained to this company and you’d just get the standard copy and paste response and then a PDF letter attached. No offer of reimbursement which they don’t have to do because the money was for “postage”. I hope you get your letter. Keep us updated if you don’t. Then call them scammers to get your $5 back. That’s the only way.
