Out of the box, coming from A80J, does not look as nice, as LG OLED ones.

Sony has better up-scaling and PQ EOTF Tracking. The only problem with the A80J was the abysmal HDR Gradient.
I recently got a sony oled for $1200 off ebay (open box deal on here). Are these the same? Damn oleds are expensive
Was it the A80J? If so, this is the successor. The A80L has a higher peak brightness (SDR/HDR) and a significantly better HDR Gradient.

If you plan on ordering one now/next couple of days, get Sony to price-match this and then 10% cashback via Cashrewards (capped at $250, ends in 2 days)
