Found out about this code for free tickets to Palooza. Seems to be unlimited use, or hasnt been capped yet.

          Palooza is in the "Nursery" area which isn't linked to the main Flemington Course area. Map here shows the Nursery at the back.

          You would need to walk through to the main course itself to access the Front Lawn and other "Public Areas".

          Probably cos its an alcohol event and ppl under 18 cannot drink legally so in order for them to obtain a liquor license and serve booze is to make it a 18+ only event.. it not that hard to understand.

      Yes of course you can. The front lawn area is the grass area which extends right across from around 400m out to just past the winning post

        But you need to go from the different zones and it is a bit of a walk to go back and forth from Palooza to the front lawn. Here is a map. The Palooza is in the "Nursery" area. You then need to walk to the front of the "Lawn Stand". By the time you walk from one zone to the other, the next race would be on, so going back and forth isn't exactly a good use of time.

          Depends what age group youre in and whether you like to let loose or not. I never had an issue walking to and from those areas as weve always been in full party mode

            @FromRichesToRags: Yes, that's okay. But the walk is still a fair bit. It isn't like, "oh, I will pop next door". It is a good 10 to 15 min walk each way.

            I went from "The Rails" (near the birdcage) to my car in the members car park and it was easy a 10 min walk each walk.

      Its additional extra to buy on the day from Food Trucks etc. But expect it to be costly (~ $20 or so for a burger and chips).

      As it is a "General Admissions" area, this applies:

      There are no dress regulations for general admission ticket holders. However, please dress suitably for Cup Week wearing your favourite racewear.

      All other dress regulations are for "Members area".

            @m1nh: Which link did you use? The one affiliated with ticketmaster partners vs just the Ticketmaster palooza page. I think it specifically says Palooza complimentary ticket offer.

            And yes, PALOOZA , all caps
