I have used Web24 before (Linux VPS) and they are pretty good for the spec you get. With the coupon means you can get a 256MB VPS for around $19.25/month for the first year.
My work has used Web24 and found them to be pretty good for cPanel VPS. 50% off is very good if you are looking at this sort of stuff.
