I got one from Mornington, Victoria and it did not come with a palmrest :(

If you look closer at the description (specifically the part where their space bar stopped working) you can see they made a mistake and included the details for the SE model.

Ok so dropped into jbhifi. They refused to price match because the HN website did not show any stores with the keyboard as being in stock.
Try JB Online, then you can select to pick up at store. That's better
Looks good, but the Viola keys are suited to light touch users eg.
CAUTION: These keys are incredibly light, I watched tons of reviews and thought they were being dramatic, it has taken me weeks to get used to not accidently press buttons when gaming especially and still do it from time to time.

Harvey says it's the normal profile but with the same product number at JB, JB website says it's low profile?

Had to return mine today because it is faulty with the spacebar which registers double on press. Tried many solutions online but didnt help. Don't buy this model
Absolutely love Corsair keyboards. My 2011 K30 is still going strong. Bought a K68 in April sale and haven't even opened it yet because there's nothing wrong with the K30…
