    • +1

Hard to imagine half price being more appealing than free

      • Free finishes next month.

    • +2

No youd have to be vanclled for 12 months wouldnt you?

      • +2

        Where does it say that?

Time for a new account then…

    • +2

      Qantas will cancel for you

      • and ?

    • +4

Where else can you watch "THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF SYDNEY" ????

      • Though the real bargain is that you can NOT watch it anywhere else for FREE!!!

  • +1

    Anything worth watching on Binge?

    • +2

Colin From Accounts if you like comedy

      • +1

        Did he get promoted yet?

        • +4

You'll have to continue to subscribe to Binge to know.

  • As usual, loyalty punished.

      New account?

  • +4

Grabbed this a few days ago, thought it was well known.
HOWEVER I first tried logging in with my old binge account, and then one day later they emailed that account offering binge for $2 a month for 3 months
Craaaazy deal. Recommend people try logging in with an old, inactive acct prior to grabbing qantas method in case you get the $2 offer the next day too

    • +1

The $2 offer seems to be their black Friday sale - shows up on the main page for me

    • +1

This plan has ads in it though

      • +2

Good pick up, didn’t even check cos I’d already copped the $9 option
Happy to pay $7 more for no ads

      • +2

Yes it is a higher discount for a different plan, for half the time.

Binge Basic with Ads black friday plan: $10 pm, 80% discount to $2 for 3 months. Saving is $24.

Binge Standard QF deal: $18 pm, 50% discounted to $9 pm for 6 months. Saving is $54.

Binge Premium QF deal: $22 pm, 50% discounted to $11 pm for 6 months. Saving is $66.

You could potentially use the bonus points to offset that discount slightly more, but all seem ok but not amazing deals

      • Is the with ads including on demand? Or just live TV?

        • +1

          Including on demand

          • +1

@kerfuffle: Thank you - and that is absurd!!

            • @scanuck: I guess it's their way of making you pay more for an ad-free experience

  • Do they have 4K, HDR and Dolby Atmos yet to match up with all the overseas services that host HBO/HBO Max content?

  • I have had a freebie of Binge this year, but I clicked through and got the QFF deal anyway, thanks OP

  • Thanks OP will give it a shot

Warning! I tried this just now (despite the T+C's about not being a member in last 12 months as my subscription had run out a week ago) and it clearly showed $11pm (I took screenshots) and all went through fine. Sweet, I thought - must let fellow OzBargainers know!

Then got an email a few mins later "Your Binge Subscription is now live" and yep, you guessed it, shows $22pm.
Bloody Streamotion idiots, now I've got to get it sorted out…

EDIT - opened Binge account to contact support and IT ACTUALLY DID WORK! Clearly shows Qantas 50% offer applied and $11pm for the next 6 months, and $11 has been deducted from the gift card balance.

    YMMV… its the Binge lotto

Same, it just worked on my account which expired yesterday.

  • Thanks.. signed up with QFF and set calendar reminder to cancel prior to 6 months

  • Any similar deal for Kayo?

  • What do they mean by: Members will not earn monthly Qantas Points during the 6 month offer period? Does that mean points gained only through Binge? Or you don't get points via other methods that you may use (e.g. Everyday Rewards, Credit Card etc).?
