ASUS ROG Ally Gaming Handheld $1099 + Delivery ($0 C&C/in-Store) @ JB Hi-Fi

890

Think this might be the newest low! Love my ally, definitely worse battery then steam deck but lighter, better screen and much better performance (not to mention RGB!).

Was just reading through the leaked catalogue for JB's 2023 Black Friday sale and found this. Shown here in the catalogue: https://imgur.com/a/tBpteyR

Combine with gift cars from here to reduce to $934.15 https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/811975

This is part of Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals for 2023

  • Good deal OP!

  • When does this sale end? As you will need multiple gift cards which could take a few days to get the best price, I want to make sure I won't miss the sale :)

I just got mine, if it means anything to anyone mine came with a S/N# starting with R9, which I believe is the newer revision of the ROG Ally that has better soldered SD Card Reader.

Thanks for sharing. Good to know JB have newer stock.

    • What's leading you to believe that? Been trying to dig around online and on reddit about the updates boards but not much info (my original release one seems fine so far)

  • This or the Ayaneo 2 ?

    • This!

      • why? The ayaneo 2 can now be had for 1199

This portable handheld gaming pc devices still have a long way to go before I buy one. It’s early adoption at this point.

  • I never buy the first generation, but looking at these three, I’d take Rog ally, cause it’s the smallest.
