At maximum extension they do fit over my head but they are not very comfortable plus with my aged ears/hearing the volume is a bit quiet…
So yes, but maybe consider something else.
I don't have experience in cheap overhead headphones for adults maybe someone could recommend a good set at a low price. For in-ear phones the SoundPEATS Q or the QCYT13 can be had for just over $20 on sale and sound good!

I heard these are terrible and have really low volume. Like cannot hear anything on a plane. Which is where I wanted it for my son.
