  Any kind of plasticky solar exterior light (different kinds from different outlets) I've tried in the past fails within months if not weeks.
  
  This looks useful but I'm so skeptical of just throwing more money away on the same mistake.

    Yeah same but if the warranty is 2 years could just replace it. 12 months though i wouldn't risk it.
