  Hopeless company. Tried to buy 10 IKEA vouchers to use for their sales and my account was instantly deactivated due to "unusual" behaviour. Spent half an hour on hold waiting to talk to them only to be told it needed to be escalated to another team which would take 1-3 business days. The rep I spoke to had no idea why my account was deactivated.
