The problem with this laptop (as it is the same as this generation of Acer Aspire 5 laptops) is that it has only one heat pipe that covers both CPU & GPU, resulting in poor thermal management. I have seen so many of those Acer Aspire 5 laptops with dedicated GPU being returned by customers because of either high fan noise or laptops being too hot.
As for the laptop with a Intel 13th-gen CPU, I am pretty sure that particular model doesn't come with a USB-C port.

These prices remind me of the Compaq 621 (2.3 ghz Pentium dual core) I bought back in 2011 for $479
