          Plus some menulog, orders a few weeks back never tracked and when querying the transactions, were rejected.

          • @Crownanchor: Ok, it appears to have tracked but at a much lower rate than what the deal was. This also happened yesterday. Maybe the actual cashback will result in what the deal should be. But Shopback is not good with Dominos. Another one was rejected, while another one is pending. At least they now are tracking and missing cashbacks are not required to be logdged, just not with the extra bonus it seems.

      Still nothing tracked for me either, ordered yesterday afternoon before the 30% expired. @gotyourback Seems domino's isn't tracking for anyone.

      • Same here. Ordered 2 pizzas before yesterday's 5pm deadline via the shopback app click through to mobile browser. The click was recorded but there's no notification nor emails from shopback to indicate any tracking whatsoever.

        Gonna give it until tomorrow (Friday) afternoon before lodging a missing cashback claim.

        Yeah they have been offlined while the team looks into tracking, there's usually a bit of growing pains around launch so the team is on top of getting this seen to ASAP. I'd still submit a Missing Cashback claim for this one to help our team investigate if you and to ensure your purchase doesn't get missed!

        We'll also be looking to rectify the challenge once tracking is investigated, so don't stress there, we'll sort it out.

              @frogduck: Hey mates, if you've not received an email, it was just instructions on how to submit missing Cashback for the purchases so we can get the details added in for you, so definitely submit a claim if you've not already. Apologies for the growing pains while we get Dominos on board, I have been part of the testing process between this promo and the one running today so have seen the team work on improving the tracking, so you shouldn't have the same experience if you shop again.

                          • @gotyourback: @gotyourback what's the relationship to Westpac? There wasn't any requirement to make payment with a Westpac card, to obtain the standard and bonus cashbacks.

                            • @draw16: Oh sorry I got my wires crossed and thought this was in reference to a Westpac promo. Apologies! So for this one as it was a challenge, the Bonus Cashback will be applied when the original Cashback is confirmed, just like any other Challenge. From the Challenge terms:

                              The 30% bonus will be added to your account once your regular Cashback turns Confirmed.

                              You can double check this by heading to the Earn More tab and tapping through to "Ongoing" to see the Challenge status, it should be in "Reward Pending".

  • I saw an Instagram ad that said "$10 bonus cashback when you shop at Domino's. new customers only" but when I installed app and signed up it just had the 5% below 39.99 thing and nothing more.

    • Hey mate, the 30% was a Bonus as part of our Earn More programs, so required opt in on our app before purchasing. The terms and conditions for the Challenge state:

      The 30% bonus will be added to your account once your regular Cashback turns Confirmed.

      So check the challenge status in our app under "History" on the Earn More tab, the status should be "Reward Pending".

    I am in the same boat. Emailed CC but received the reply “Upon checking, please be informed that you have Opt-In time for the challenge is on 2023-11-25 and you made the purchase on 2023-11-21. Having said that, you have opted in after making the purchase. Hence, the challenge is not eligible as it did not meet its criteria.

    Hope this clarifies!”

    I found this challenge status and sent a screenshot to CC but still no luck.
