    I'm not sure if it applies to the models with the "L" at the end.

    A850GL would be a lower-end model compared to the A850G for example.

    A850G - 10 years warranty, full Japanese caps
    A850GL - 7 years warranty, appears to be using Taiwanese caps per the review OP linked
