It's Online Only. 2 × 30packs = $45

  • I did 3 to qualify for the minimum and staff discount to $57. Misses says it won't last as long as I think… She's probably right but I just unloaded a whole 30 into the fridge and I'm impresed!

    • Staff discount doesn't work for me online for some reason - i have the card registered to my account but it never applies the 5% discount when shopping online?
I probably shouldn't mention i am using someone else's card.

  • Amazing!

    Cheers, hopefully stacks with Shopback

~$98 for new user, using promo code NEW for 6 boxes (WA).

Shopback new Coles user for another 20% (down to $79)

30x flybuys for new users Black Friday, so taking into account ~4000 points with my other offers on hand if they stack (down to $59)

If I get it for $59 after all the cashback I would be grinning, $10 a box.

Edit - Shopback is showing $27 and cost of order estimate is now $125 and debited, I wonder if this the price without discount?

    Item total $161.40
    Trolley $135
    Discount $36.40
    Total showing $125
How does that work, how do you Coles maths?

    • I'm in the same boat that Coles is showing the wrong total and have also pre authorised the amount not taking into account the black friday prices?

      Trolley Total $146.40
      Discount -$23.60
      Total $146.40

Even in the confirmation email of the order it is not showing the black friday special prices but instead the regular special they had.

I know Coles pre authorise the amount but not sure why it's taken the price before the discount. Is this normal?
Will it adjust when they pick the order and it's ready to go

Pickup is scheduled for Sunday so if doesn't get resolved today just going to cancel the order.

      • Wait till after about 5pm AWST I have pickup between 4-6pm and will post if it's a stitch up or not, but still very good value at the price coming up.

        • Thanks will keep en eye out.
My only theory is because I checked out just after midnight they may be some kind of glitch somewhere, who knows.

          • @Schumi5: I have screenshots and can still replicate the issue (mostly) so I will get them to payout some how

            • @DH: Mmm I might just cancel the order and do to again,
Saves the hassle of trying to deal with getting money back 😞

              • +1

@Schumi5: Take screenshot, they are in the process of refunding me now, all the discounts are still showing the same way.

I have actually replicated it just now.

              • @Schumi5: Did you go through with the deal? I have got part of my money back so far $22.50 out of the $36.40 they owe me, apparently had to be done as two transactions so hopefully the rest comes through tomorrow.

when you do the maths it is $2/L which is not bad but still not better than a 1.25L on special which can get to around $1.5/L iirc but ultimately a can of coke for under a dollar is always going to be a deal at this point going forward this is an awesome deal shame I don't have any more fridge space might be time to look into a chest freezer to chest fridge conversion upgrade

    • if you collect cans and get 10c per can this offer may be the better offer.

      • oh yeah i can see that being a thing

        • Yeah you're getting $3 back on a 30-pack compared to 10c on a 1.25L. But ultimately I stopped buying 1.25L bottles long ago because they instantly go flat after one glass worth. Fine if you're sharing or drinking the entire bottle in one sitting but neither of those apply to my usage case.

          • @wavesgreen: Ah that is fair. I keep mine in the fridge and it seems to keep the fizz a bit but it is the ice cold refreshing taste that I am really after.

I usually just go by $/L unless I really want the can convenience which is sometimes nice if I know I will have some in "small" doses.
