• Pre-orders scheduled for shipment within 60 days of purchase are eligible for cashback
• Amazon take a bit longer to track your item, so please wait up to 7 days for your item to appear in your account

What will stop me getting my cashback?

• Cashback is ineligible on purchases paid with any Amazon credit as partial or full payment.
• Purchases paid with any Amazon credit will result in your cashback in ineligible.
• Bulk, commercial, or reseller purchases.
• Purchases of vouchers, gift cards, Kindle Unlimited, Audible, mobile apps, Amazon Prime subscriptions & renewals.
• Purchases made on other sites than Amazon's AU site

    Terrbile experience with topcaskback. Cashback got rejected and contacted them. After a while, I found out my rejected transactions just disappeared. They must be very eager to hope that I forgot about that.

      I have also had transactions vanish for which I had previously received the tracking email. Very dodgy.

      If the transaction was rejected, update that in the status. There shouldn't be any reason for them to vanish.

          armageddeusHi @armageddeus, ebay Plus have paused offering cashback from the 24th Nov, however if you purchased before this date, you should still be eligible for cashback. It can take up to 7 days for a transaction to track, so if it hasn't tracked by this time, please do raise a claim so that we can look into it for you.

          I've done the same, no pending cash. It's does say to give it at least seven days. This will be the last time I use them if it doesn't show having had unresolved issues on previous transactions

    Signed up in July for Prime Day and finally today I've been able to withdraw about $50, or TCB finally became real for me.

    Every cash back site has plenty of fail stories in OzB, and I'm not sure I can say conclusively that any are way worse or better than the others when it comes to reliability. Maybe CHOICE can do a deep dive one day

    OzB version of buyer's remorse is using TCB instead of CR because it's a better deal but now you sit here praying that it will track and wondering whether you should have just gone with CR in the first place.

    So far I have had good experiences with TopCashback. I have made 3 transactions so far and all have tracked. Yesterday I had a code approved on the website but it didn’t work on the merchant website. The merchant was no help but I opened a support ticket with Topcashback and it was answered about an hour and half later so I could take advantage of the $5 bonus and the cashback. (The code was changed on the merchant website without Topcashback’s knowledge). So far so good for myself.

    I do have a question about this cashback. It says gift cards are eligible to be used. Will the cashback be on the payment minus gift card used or the total amount even if gift card was used in part? Thank you.

    On the checkout page, the discount comes up as "Use your $xx.xx Promotional credit".

    Would cashback be eligible if I tick the box? Not sure if this is classed as Amazon credit.

        @TopCashback AU Rep On some items on Amazon if you purchase 2 or more items, an automatic promotion is applied in the order summary and there is no option to untick that. Is that considered Amazon credit? And can you please clarify exactly what is "Amazon Credit"? Also is existing gift card balance in our Amazon account still considered a gift card or do you consider that as Amazon credit?

          @Ziggy28, manually added promotions aren't eligible so you should be okay with those automatic promotions. Paying with a gift card is different from Amazon credit and paying with a gift card will mean that your cashback will be eligible.
