What is essential

• Amazon calculate the cashback based on the purchase amount excluding taxes and delivery charges. So if your cashback is slightly lower than expected, this will likely be why.
• You must start with an empty basket before clicking through to the retailer.
• Cashback is eligible if you use a gift card as payment for your purchase.
• Pre-orders scheduled for shipment within 60 days of purchase are eligible for cashback
• Amazon take a bit longer to track your item, so please wait up to 7 days for your item to appear in your account

What will stop me getting my cashback?

• Cashback is ineligible on purchases paid with any Amazon credit as partial or full payment.
• Purchases paid with any Amazon credit will result in your cashback in ineligible.
• Bulk, commercial, or reseller purchases.
• Purchases of vouchers, gift cards, Kindle Unlimited, Audible, mobile apps, Amazon Prime subscriptions & renewals.
• Purchases made on other sites than Amazon's AU site
• Second and subsequent Subscribe & Save orders are ineligible for cashback (only first Subscribe & Save orders in eligible categories are eligible).
• Using a discount code or voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
• If you return or cancel your order then you will no longer be eligible for cashback and you will see the cashback move to Declined in your account.

Any members found creating duplicated accounts will have their accounts terminated and cashback declined.

    I thought it wasn't going to track, had made multiple orders on my account and nothing. Missus made one transaction on hers that maxed out the cap and tracked in pretty normal time.

    Good news is finally got tracking notification now, all my orders appear to have been consolidated as "Order Id Amazon Black Friday Offer"

    So hang in there, give it the 7 days and see.

        I thought it will be updated later.

        • I would wait for 7 days. Mine also tracks at lower amount, not sure if all 3 orders got tracked or one is missing.

    I made five separate purchases, clicked through from TCB website before each purchase. I have received a single tracking entry with total (correct) value for all five purchases.
    My question is, if I return one of the items does it invalidate the whole cashback amount?!?!
    I deliberately did separate transactions to avoid this but the tracking only show one tracked entry combining all my purchases…

    • Me too as the goods that Amazon delivered were damaged, thus I need to get them replaced.

        Hey @Miyagi and @yht - no your whole cashback won't get declined - it would just get recalculated.

  • @TopCashback AU Rep why are people saying its tracking for less than 15 percent? Sounds like your marketing is a bit misleading.

    • I got 15%

    • Maybe they are forgetting about GST. If it's sold by Amazon the cashback will be on ex-GST value but from 3rd party sellers it is on the whole amount.
      I had a mix of both and mine was correct to the cent.

      • I had only one item purchased for $107 and it's tracked as $8. So definitely an error.

    Just to add guys, even though that merchant clicks link only shows the latest click for any one retailer (it sort of overrides all previous clicks) - once you go to lodge a missing cashback claim you will see every single click you've initiated there:

    Just a note if you do need to lodge a claim. Tracking for Black Friday are starting to roll in and members should start seeing tracking in their accounts.

    • Yes if you purchased everything in a single checkout transaction.
      No if you purchased each item individually. This has been discussed many time in OZB and should be the standard practice when purchasing multiple items.

    Some of the items have already arrived too.

    Will lodge a claim, first time signing up and using TopCashback so it's a shame my first experience is dicey.

    Same no tracking. Will avoid topcashback for sure. Spent 120$ thinking there will be cashback but it's not even tracked.

    My last email was from two weeks ago telling me that my claim is no longer 'on ice' and is now updated.

    Still nothing in my TopCashBack transactions or earnings page :/

    • you normally need to go to the ticket and reply or approve the change.

      • Hmm, my email specifically says "Unless you hear otherwise, you don't currently need to do anything" 😓
