Its also VA where the other is IPS. Id go the ips 75hz personally. More colorful, generally speaking.
they are both VA though, if you mean the Harvey Norman Model

Do I need to upgrade my PSU or GPU to accommodate additional monitors?
I currently have a dell s3422dw and if I want to add 2x of these to my set up, will my Corsair 550W and RX570 hold up?

Dont think having 3 monitors will have any issues with your setup, you might just need a dock for the connectivity
