    Thanks OP!

Had been waiting all week for a sub-$200 deal for this mouse.

Worth mentioning they have 3 colors available.

    Prices pre-discount code:
    - Black $220.99
    - White $220.99
    - Pink $230.99

The price changed? It looks like Jack attacked again

price before BF22AU code seems to have been jacked to 240.99, at least for me

Sorry folks looks like the dogs jacked it. Hopefully the final price after code is still $172

still a good deal with the code if you have ebay plus. it's finally sub 200 🙌

  • How do I revoke my vote because of the jacking… that’s a no from me dawg.

  • great price, was looking for a red ish mouse, got razer instead, $160 something, happy about it. otherwise i'd take this.

Awesome, but when can we have this again? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/729773

that was 4 years after the release of g pro wireless, so maybe in 2027?

  • Hey guys, I've contacted the seller and it is the original superlight and not superlight 2. The title of the item post and the drop down menu had different item names so I wanted to confirm and it turns out to be a listing for just the original superlight…

So I received a direct message from the seller on eBay advising there was "an issue with our ads" and effectively the listing was meant to be the G Pro (regular) & PRO X Superlight (1st gen) rather than the 2nd gen. And advising to either (1) proceed with an order for G Pro X (1st gen) or (2) cancel the order.

I had taken a screenshot of the original price listing before the price bump, which clearly stated Superlight 2. Furthermore:
    - They are still advertising Superlight 2 material in their updated ad (the Hero Sensor 2 is the dead giveaway).
    - It was originally listed $220.99 before increasing to $240.99 within the hour, for reference Amazon was and still is $239 for their Superlight 2 listing.

I suspect the seller is playing damage control here by claiming a fake issue due to a likely low/negative margin with the running promo code.

Any advice from fellow OzBargainers on how to deal with a potentially fraudulent claim by a seller? Worth mention they (ausriver) are 98.6% seller feedback, which isn't great for a big eBay retailer, they probably slip up regularly.

No advice from me but I had the same thing happen and when I said I still wanted a Superlight 2 they just cancelled on me. I'm pretty pissed because I used all the Black Friday cashback deals on this and if I knew it wouldn't go through I would've been able to use the discounts on some other listing/item.

      • Same. Did you use the 10/200 challenge as well?

  • Received the following from the seller

Thank you for your purchase. But sorry to inform you that the item you purchased is currently out of stock due to the stock discrepancy caused by some system issue.

New stock won’t be back soon, thus we will issue you the full refund later. You could check your account to confirm.

We do apologise for the issue caused. We would get you notice and offer you extra discount for compensation once we have stock.

  • Same cancellation and refund email. Kind of upset since it's ruined the eBay challenge I had through SB. @gotyourback Since the cancellation is initiated by the doggy seller and out of my hands. Any chance I can still qualify for the challenge? In case anyone need proof of the original order listing name, it's still showing as Superlight 2 in my order history Super light 2

  • Yea I got the same message on eBay. I sent them an abusive response back and got a refund but nothing else.
I found another seller that was selling a superlight2 even cheaper for $165. I ordered it and it's even been shipped but I have a feeling I'm going to receive g pro x. It's out of stock now otherwise I would've posted here again ><

  • Damnit just got the message and refund too
