      I ordered this afternoon and received email from Superloop that the account is active however I requested the start date to be 27th November. But to answer your question , superloop seems super quick as well. :)

      Hey roughana, transfer may be executed within 2 hours if the customer opts for a BYO modem, to be on the safer side, we would say that it takes up to 24 hrs, as per the retailer guidelines

      You have to apply by 30 November but you can delay your changeover date by up to 30 days and still qualify for the offer. I just applied and I'm leaving Exetel on 23 December.

        Hmm it actually doesn't let me select 30/12/23
        it looks like all the weekend dates are greyed out
        (I'm going with Exetel if that makes any difference)

    Has anyone had issues with getting the Woolies Giftcards?
    I signed up at the last promo in August for NBN access.
    I also referred a friend as well.

    Neither of us received a gift card from the CashRewards/Econnex deal. It was rejected and we have signed up!
    Can I take this to the ACCC or ADMA?
