whats the difference with f1 2023 wheel?
Main benefit is that it comes with qr2 and the advanced paddle module at a discounted rate.
The other beenfit is it looks cool but otherwise has similar functionality to the v2.5 formula wheel
So both the f1 limited edition 2023 wheel and the above deal were the same price but instead of qr2 and apm, you get the 5nm base which is a cheaper entry level direct drive setup

@RichieVn: Na the above deal only had qr1 and the regular paddles. But I was buying my entry to sim racing so it would have been the cheaper option, especially since they discounted the qr2 baseside 2 days later
@alitadark: ahh i think its better to get a QR2 wheel side ugrade for any wheel you biuying moving forward anwyays … theyre slowly transitioning to QR2 bases .. or want you to anyways

Funnily enough, I started wanted to spend $200 on a used G920 but it ended up waiting for the fanatec sales and then it ended up being about 2.5k including a cockpit….
One difference is the V2.5 X wheel supports Xbox. It also has a bit of a different shape, the grips on the V2.5 X connect to the wheel at the bottom whereas the F1 wheels have an open style.
Gosh I spent a lot of time on Fanatec's site over the last week, I had initially placed a big order about a week ago for a complete kit, then Black Friday sales hit so I cancelled. They said all offers were limited I was fairly certain I'd locked down 90% of what I wanted by Thursday evening, so I placed another order for everything that I wanted which was already on sale and figured I'd just cop the extra shipping for the remaining bits and maybe add a few more pieces based on the last day of the sale.
Luckily for me I wasn't after the F1 2023 wheel as it was the one part that sold out early, but it was also the only item that was a limited edition in the first place.
The f1 wheel is back in stock lol. Must have been cancelled orders when the v2.5x went on sale

You should be able to cancel without issues if you do it before getting the 'Your Fanatec order will be shipped soon' email.
