Found this on the website after logging in, not sure if its targeted.

$10 off your shop offer is valid only when you shop via coles.com.au and spend $140 or more in one transaction.

Valid after savings and discounts and excludes smoking and tobacco products. Discount will auto apply at checkout.

  Yeah its targeted. 5 for 100, 10 for 140, 15 for 180, 20 for 220, etc. based on the algorithms on how much you typically spend.

  Well its still the 12th, but I don't see any deal at all when I log in. I guess I fall outside of their spend brackets. (I shop fortnightly for delivery and spend $250-$300)
