          The last month or two, it's been more or less weekly. This generosity won't go on forever, so enjoy it while it lasts (personally I enjoy getting free food at the expense of a private equity firm).

        Agree. For a $16.45 pizza with 30% off code ($11.52), which is what I usually order, the cashback difference (80% vs 100%) is only 78c because of the $10 cap.

      Their app always works for me. Their in browser tracking has & always will be ass.

      Also if you have pihole or some other network wide add blocking service, that will mess with tracking too. Hop onto mobile data if thats the case.

    my order on 17 Nov did not track despite I have opened a dispute (x3). Never get any reply from them.
    Hopefully, this time it tracks. Placed an order half an ago. still haven't received a tracked email.
    finally tracked after an hour.

    I took part of a 100% flash sale with shopback a few days ago and tracking is only showing as 0.6%.
    Neither the chat bot nor website allow me to report incorrect cashback.

    Chatbot keeps insisting it's the correct cashback amount and website doesn't allow to report as missing cashback since wrong cashback has already tracked for that order.

    Reached out to GYB to see if he can assist.
