    HSBC is offering better interest rates too. I am on 5.94 (including the November increase) for o/o includes offset, and investment without offset. Although, LVR is below 60%. Westpac I have 5.99% o/o with offset (including November increase).

        Yes. You can only justify one OO loan with one lender. If serviceability is okay and you don't need to show rental income then it is better to have a cheaper OO loan.

  After refinance cost nett cashback around $1250 approx. Hoping banks start offering better cashback in the new year.

  No deal. Im on Westpac Rocket Loan offer both off set + redraw facility with variable rate only 5.99%.

    This is just the advertised rate. When they do the assessment they adjust the rate to a more competitive number.

    I'm with St George on 5.99.

    edit: Actually just saw the range in this post is for 6.13 and up. So I guess 5.99 might be hard to obtain.

    And yes this is after the latest increase.

  Submitted application back in Oct with BOC and still no answer. Extremely slow process.
