    In other words, the OS 3 years ago wasn't stable. Now TOS6 is about to be released and TOS5 was already heaps better than 4.

        This would be an amazing value proposition given that; the only shame is it can't be equipped with ECC ram (as was my initial presumption, now backed up by a quick investigation).

  2 x nvme ? Gen 3x1 thats disappointing, but then again i dont use home based nas,s, but honestly you could build better nas yourself

    Gen 3x1 thats disappointing,

    This has 5Gb networking at most - Gen3x1 is twice as fast as it needs to be.
    Far from being disappointing, it's overkill.

  A bit misleading on how LAGG works.

  Edit: I see now that one of the images says that, but there's more to it than simply being 5 Gbps.

    In terms of hardware, ahead. Software suite isn't mature as Synology.
