    I'm going to have to give this a Neg vote.
    I received the email yesterday, have been a Uber One member for over a year so I should fulfill all the T&Cs, but I never saw the banner/deal despite trying 5 different postcodes.

      The deal doesn't promise a banner. Your neg is unjust. In my area there is just one vendor that offers 1/4 C&C and none that serve Banh Mi. That's just my tough luck. You've mentioned in a subsequent post you were able to get the deal why haven't you revoked your neg.

    My belly is bulging with chips. Couldn't even touch the quarter chickens, packed them away in the fridge. Put some chips that gravy hadn't touched in the fridge too, might try to save them in the air fryer later. Had to throw away a lot of chips, just can't eat that much at once despite my ample belly.

    Still kind of regret not ordering 10 quarter chickens when I had the chance.

        Can't tell if you were lying or not, but the store seems like it is still marked as closed for me.

        There is also a notice outside their shop stating they are closing from 17 Dec onwards.

        Is this a glitch or did they just put themselves into holiday mode?

        The store was physically open at the time as far as I can tell from talking with the workers.

    Checked to see theres a bunch of Banh Mi places around. Clicked offer and none of the participating restaurants sold Banh Mi or even remotely related to it. So no $1 Banh Mi today.

    Harder to get to the $20 minimum for free delivery for this one. Loads of Vietnamese places in Adelaide, way more than I thought. Ordered three for about $6 each, some with meal deals with donuts included. But the rest I just can't justify unfortunately, a $12 Banh Mi with $6 delivery or needing to add $8 to get free delivery isnt' much of a deal. If I could have gotten them to a dollar each I would have ordered them all and frozen them…

      use the uber eats app and scroll down until you see the banners. Then swipe left/right to until you see "7 days of unmissable summer deal"

    Sooo this is coming from someone with multiple people in the house with multiple uber one passes - some which are paid out of pocket, some free (like paypal deals):

    Uber has ALWAYS dispersed their deals to uber one accounts irregularly. One time I contacted them because I didnt get deals for months and they said its an algorithm that decides who gets the deal.
    So its not surprising that this deal, too, is targeted according to their algorithm which I'm sure makes no sense.

    Ordered 3 banh mi, $1 pickup tomorrow, 2 from another 2 store both delivered today with some pho and rice bowl for $13 and $12.50 delivered. Cheap meal sorted.

    *it seems earlier today there was a glitch where you can buy $1 each store. Seems fixed after my 3rd order.

      Uber made a tricky move; they showed the discount price before checkout but charged the full price after for 2nd order and onwards. Review the receipt ASAP

    Despite being in the catchment for Cabra/Canleys for delivery, there was only one $1 offer I could find and it wasn't for banh mi, but spring rolls. Still ordered of course, but I think it doesn't help that not many places are actually participating.
