    Be aware that Samsung support is non-existent. Ordered a Tab S9 and was sent a base model Tab S9 FE. Customer service never calls back, refuses to ship the correct item until they have got the wrong item back, constantly make mistakes. The frustration hasn't been worth the "savings" that I got as I don't have any items and no money currently.

      I 2nd this. Tried purchasing a fridge and washer from Samsung online.. had nothing but issues and delays and refusals to refund for what was never delivered.

      Ended up having to report Samsung for fraud to get my bank to refund me.

        They eventually sold me this 9kg machine as a substitute for the 8.5kg one they cancelled on me.

      You can set a custom end-time for the cycle on the machine itself. The app is really good though, it tells you how much power it is using etc.

        I always thought you pulled the pin just before you threw the grenade. As in, got ready for and took action. Seems like it might be one of those phrases that can be used either way….. or maybe im just delirious after a 4am start to the day. But yeah. $589 seemed pretty cheap, so i bought it. Hoping not to suffer from the $H1tty service some folks seem to rave about on every Samsung post.

          Nah the term comes from the steam era, a long time before grenades.

          The fire box on a steam engine boiler has a pin holding the floor of the firebox shut. It's like a trapdoor in the bottom of the firebox with the coal burning on top of it.

          If anything dodgy happens with the boiler, you "pull the pin", and the coal etc that is fiercely burning in the firebox, immediately dumps out onto the ground out of the trapdoor.

          And so everything stops and the boiler and everyone around it is saved from catastrophic failure.
