You may see a carrier logo when turn it on. Most probably Telstra. There may be a carrier app, but may not.

This is a great phone if you want a pure android experience.
nokia android is great, clean, no bloat …. would gladly swap back to nokia from my oppo but hassle of redoing all the biometrics and logins is a turn off effort wise.
just connect both phones by a type c cable and all transfers are done except biometrics.
