I totally agree, the shipping is riddiculous… it only needs $1.40 to get the memory card sent Australia wide.
Maybe they factor in the time it takes to process an order into the shipping costs, Transcend 16GB Class 10 SD Card at $12 delivered still seems a good deal.
umart pc store does have them for $10 pickup though…
It shows up as $13 at the QLD Umarts for me. And if we are comparing pick up, this would be $4.99 pickup from camerasdirect.
EDIT: Only brisbane Southside Umart have it for $10. It is $13-$14 from other umarts
other umarts have them but I think you have to order/pay via the internet first and pickup after that. Walk in sales is a different price.
Not really a good deal unless you live in the Gold Coast.
