  from when I used to work here >5 yrs ago, this is probably because they staff weekends with casuals who are less knowledgeable about procedures than full time/part time staff that work during the week

  Lucky you. I had 2 click and collect orders ( over $100 each) placed on different days. When I went to collect it they didn't include voucher. Had to ask for it . Then they wouldn't give me one for each order.

    I picked up 3 orders in 1 go and they only gave me one voucher too. I guess it does say 1 voucher per person. Would have just picked it up separately if I knew

  I had 4 click and collect and there was one in each parcel. It's one voucher per transaction with no minimum spend and I don't recall seeing an expiry. I got my first $6 item for $1 then went back in and got another, then another then the last one to complete the set. They were on clearance as well marked down from $19 so it was a grand total of $4 for $76 worth of items. Winner

    UnFortunately,I was at a country store( Lismore )and had to remind them. They gave me one only and said no, one per customers despite 2 orders over $100 each.
    So I used one coupon and left the other purchases on their counter for them to find where in the store it lives.
