Went to Good Guys as I had a $30 voucher to price match Myer at $156 (normally $174 everywhere else) and a lovely lady indicates to me that Appliances Online are actually doing it for $84 and that she would be happy to sell it to me for that price. I already owned one but lost it - I was quite happy to walk away spending a lot less than I had intended.
Very useful for slow cook / smoker BBQs.

This looks like what I need. My Inkbird Sous Vide punches hard so I trust the brand.
I have an iGrill3 which “integrates” into my grill, but really that just means there is a special spot for it to clip to.

no worries. They make quality products. I've got an instant read thermometer, 2 x Bluetooth bbq ones (I often lend one out for people to try) & a wifi one. One of my BT ones had been going for 6yrs.
@M00Cow: Tempted by the Inkbird wireless probe one because I often cook rotisserie meat but concerned again about Bluetooth.

Amazing price. Kinda annoying being Bluetooth because I can’t get far away from it while cooking. I’m tempted to move to a wifi probe because of that.
