Unless you need the Radeon 680M for light gaming, the Acer is $100 cheaper, faster and the dual TB4 is very handy

Check the Flow discussion for the discussion about the ASUS quality

      • Should I go for R5 for $997? But I do prefer the screen size of 16" though.

Your comparing a high TDP chip, 13500H, in a chassis it wasn't designed for. Due being 45w+, it thermally throttles in the Go because the cooling can't keep up. Performance reduces when used over an average work day. The high TDP also results in very average battery life over time.

The 7840u/7640u are 15w+ TDP CPUs, with the best performance per watt and battery life, because they were designed to be used in a thin and light chassis.

    This is a great find.

  • Anyone with experience? How's the oled screen?

  • What's the touch?

  • Wait for the creator version to be back.

  • HM boxing's day sales on both i5 and i7 models with 10% bonus gift card. I assume they're the same models as OW, same specifications but different product code. Possible 5% pricebeat?

Will the i5 a better value buy than R5 after OW pricebeat at $948?
