    Added Canon PowerShot S100 Silver for $279 to cart with discount code. Say's coupon applied but does not remove shipping. Added 5 camera's just to see if a minimum $ amount required but still no free ship. Guess only free ship on some camera's.

    Rep please give us a good deal on the Samsung galaxy S3 LTE 4g. Kogan has it for $750. Also when u say pre-order does it mean we have to wait. Just asking because you have mentioned in stock as well.

    • It takes 1-2 days for them to start shipping, maybe because of the recent influx of customers. I ordered my s3 on Wednesday and I just got my email today on Friday morning.

        not bad…2 days from ordering phone to delivery.
        i too would like clarification on the 24 month warranty thingy …have i been duped?

          That's really good. I placed my order roughly at the same time as you. For some reason my courier is DHL.. Last night it was still in HK. It has just arrived australia 30 minutes ago…

          I think it's to do with the desitination. I am in Brisbane and the flights are much less comparing to Syd and Mel..

    There seems to be a lot of confusion about whether this stock is covered by Samsung Australia's warranty.

    • Hi There, We have not experienced any problems with Manufactures service centres rejecting legitimate warranty claims on Atick stock in the past. If you are purchasing Atick you will receive Samsung Manufacture Warranty and of course if you have any problems with this process Unique Mobiles is here to assist.

      • I doubt there is such an "A tick" phone coming from overseas and also with AU IMEI etc. Most likely Samsung won't honour the warranty.

        Rep if you say you will be there to assist when there is a problem, it might be better just reword it as "UM warranty" rather than misleading those guys who go for Samsung warranty.

    • Recieved a tracking #, departed Facility in Hong Kong on 21/10/2012 @ 04:00. Was ordered on 18th October @ 9pm.

      • I ordered on 18 October 2012 2:09:48 PM and still no tracking number. Order status is stuck on Payment Received. :(

    • Put the tracking number on DHL website.. I kept checking on AusPost as the link suggested. Weird!

  • a Note II was bought from unique (over a month now). The courier confirmed the phone was lost and not delivered, which unique has acknowledged. Unique's position is that because insurance was not purchased from their courier, they cannot get a refund from the courier and therefore are not responsible for the delivery of such goods.

    Unique are no longer responding to emails or calls, so the only way to recover such funds are via the credit card company.

    I understand such events are rare, but the way in which Unique is handling the process (or lack of) and its inability to understand basic consumer rights is bewildering. I highly suggested everyone reconsider their future purchases to Unqiue.
