The a9+ 128/8gb would be the better buy. Has been as low as about $330 on purpose and 280 as a price error.

The Tab A9+ is going for $297 with Officeworks or Amazon at the moment if you're after the larger model (64Gb/4Gb) but you can always chuck in a micro SD card for more storage.
