Does anyone know where to get wall mounts for rear speakers for this unit?
I've seen regular keyhole mounts be used. Simple and effective
I got these for around $600 during black Friday from Samsung. The sound quality is OK nothing exceptional. I had sonos arc before which sounded better for music I think. Rear speakers needs power and have short cables so annoying to place. Overall I would probably pay a bit more to get something else.

They are way better than TV speakers and the sorround effect is better than the sonos arc without the rears but it just do not sound as good. It's hard to explain its loud the sorround effect is there but it's not very pleasant overall. Maybe I like fuller sound or I can tweak the settings to make it better but out of the box it's underwhelming.
Agree with this wholeheartedly - for what is meant to be a "flagship" soundbar, pretty underwhelming

I have the q990c, tbh I wish I waited a bit more to get Bose 900 instead(https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/822385). Playing Dolby atmos movie is awesome but playing music is not that great. I found Bose are better at handling music while still be just as good at Dolby atmos movie.
@lachhelix Having now received and installed this and played around with it for a few days I have to disagree. It's very very good. I came from a 5.1 Bose surround setup with dedicated AVR and this Samsung holds its own against that. I'm very happy with it.

@enzso: Majority of the sound bar systems that have wireless rear speakers will have to be connected to a power outlet, I kind of like it to be like that, do not want to keep moving them back and forth to charge them.
You can buy longer L shape power cables for the rear speakers at JB for $15. And if you time it when they give the $10 off code (don’t remember the promo name) it only costs $5.
Couldn’t disagree more! It’s obviously personal preference or you had a bad experience or incorrect setup, but my experience with this soundbar is that it’s excellent for what it is.

Comparing to the Sonos is pointless considering an ARC + Subwoofer is going to set you back $1800 at a minimum

I have these and highly recommend them. Replaced an older 17.2 system and the sound is just significantly better and the less clutter is a big plus.
