I found a great deal on a Seiko's watch at SHIELS. They already have a VIP offer for $150 off $500, which I saw on other forum post. I searched online and found a code that gives the same discount. The best part is that you can use the code on gift cards, and it seems to work multiple times.

I bought a gift card worth $637.50 for only $487.50 with the code. Then I used the same code to order the watch, which was $787.50 before the discount. So I paid $487.50 for a watch that was originally $787.50. That's amazing!

PS: Make Sure you use different email to first Buy your GC and then your watch order. Also, make sure to use the Online Delivery option on the GC page.

      Not sure mate. I tested it on the 500$ ones thus posted for the same. Would be good for someone to try out. But assuming, Don't see why you can't stack GCS. It's just when you are using the same code to buy GCS need to use different emails.

          You don't really want both the $500 and $250 GCs for the Panda as you'll be taking $150 off the price of the $787.50 watch with the code (2nd use, 2nd email).
          Buying both cards will leave you with a balance of $112.50 still to be spent on someting else.
          Or am I missing something?

          Don't see a reason on why your GC would be Invalid if you have already paid for it. Check on balance or check the pin you're using.

                    @Deica: I just called the number on the pdf gift card, they said there is balance on the gift card still and said he couldn’t answer my question so someone else will contact me during business hours.
                    The conversation started with the guy having no clue what Shiels is. So took a while for him to even come up with that “resolution”

                      @shortnbrown: Cheers, I had just done the same - they said the amount had been taken as pre authorisation for a pending purchase and should return within 24 hours if no purchase is made but there is no way to speed up that process.

                      I explained after I entered the gc number that it reset with no further way to access the purchase it is linked to (despite no change to the items in the checkout) and if that occurs again, it sounds like I'd be locked out for an additional day, but he had no solutions for that.

                      Other's purchases seem to have gone through fine though - I used Chrome if the browser is the root of the initial issue somehow.

        Don't think that there are any solutions. It's a pre-authorisation and it'll take a few hours to clear (possibly 24 hours according to above). Just check throughout the day

            @alvian: The GC is 30% off 500 which would be a fixed off. you can use extra 150$ off above 500$ but the percent would be dependent on the Cart value.

      $150 off the >$500 item you buy with the giftcard.

      Not overly optimistic about the likelihood of these orders being successfully processed, despite the fact that the watch I ordered was only 20% more affordable than elsewhere. They might absorb the loss if it was a couple orders, but now since everybody and their cuosin is on to it… BigW would 100% just not send the item, then take 1~2 months to refund you.

      You should measure your wrist circumference. Mine is 6.25 inches, which is small. The suggested case diameter is 38mm and under, but really, it depends on what you think looks good.
