Lubluelu has the newer 4000Pa SL60D (Lubluelu has confirmed that it's newer hardware) for sale on their site and can stack with code LULU37 for an extra 37% off. Site says it includes free shipping so it comes to $260.19 or $260.18 if you're lucky 😜, not sure why it changes as have received both prices when adding to the cart and applying the code. 🤷🏽

Black AU variant is also available for the same price.

        Mine too so I emailed them and they said go ahead and order - eg UK version - and they’ll send the Australian model (not that you would expect them to have foreign versions here in Aus) when they get them. So i did and lulu37 didn’t apply anyway because I bought 2 and got the “bundle” discount of 40%.

    Just an update on their customer service, I have found it very responsive and helpful.

    I inquired about the 30-day RMA and they offered some accessories which I declined, they then offered a 30% refund which I accepted.

    curious to know what everyone's process is when using the mop

    when it goes back to the charging station, it still has the wet mop and possibly water in the tank.

    Feedback so far:
    Charges extremely slow
    Seems to run pretty quiet
    Drives head first into the bed, even on 2nd/3rd clean it still decided to try and drive into the bed even though the map already had the bed as a solid obstacle.
    Combined bin/mop is stupidly small for the bin part, replaced ours with a full size bin.
    Selecting certain rooms sometimes randomly ads another room that you didn't select when you start cleaning.

    But something's wrong as it's only cleaned the entire house 1 time and now it just does the outside/perimeter of all areas and returns to the dock.
    Need to dig deeper in the app to find where to reset the map and start fresh, doesn't seem too obvious.

    Compared to our old Roborock it shows that you get what you pay for …
