[Presale] Lubluelu SL60D 4000Pa Robot Vacuum $260.19 Delivered @ Lubluelu

1051
LULU37

Hi Guys,

Both Black and White AU models available as presale with stock arriving January 10 as per Lubluelu

Lubluelu has the newer 4000Pa SL60D (Lubluelu has confirmed that it's newer hardware) for sale on their site and can stack with code LULU37 for an extra 37% off. Site says it includes free shipping so it comes to $260.19 or $260.18 if you're lucky 😜, not sure why it changes as have received both prices when adding to the cart and applying the code. 🤷🏽

Black AU variant is also available for the same price.

You can also pickup the bigger dust bin, not sure if they will include it in with the free delivery purchased together. Might be worth purchasing separately with code lubluelu20 - might be the 20% off sign up offer?. Thanks to The Judge

Or if you prefer the Black only Auto-empty Station it's available for $156 delivered with code 120offsd80. Be aware that the AU variant is sold out and it's the EU variant, so you'll either need an adaptor or a replacement power cable, sorry not sure which and I couldn't find any info on the connection. Perhaps a fellow Ozbargainer who has one already could let us know if it's a replaceable power cable.

Thank you Vavoom for confirming that the Auto-empty Station will need an adaptor.

Amazon selling for $300 and power only 3000Pa but same model! Is it worth paying $40 more for peace of mind with Amazon as after service is excellent

    • +1

I'm going wait until the it's 4000Pa across all selling platforms. They literally change the price every 3-4 days on Amazon & ebay!

  • +1

Lubluelu SL60D Lidar 2 in 1 has been $210 with Ebay plus last year? So this isn't the cheapest it has been.

    • +4

True, but I don't think anyone has claimed that it's the cheapest it's been.

    • +4

This is also updated model with 4000Pa

  • +1

Thanks OP. Bought black one for 1st floor. Very happy with this brand. Have one on ground floor and cleans and mops the floor really well.

  • Why do most of the robot vacuum machines priced below $1000 difficult/unable to return to the dock by themselves despite equipped with camera, sensors etc?

    • +1

difficult/unable to return to the doc

I think this one is OK, may because some cheap one not laser, maybe?

    • My Lubluelu works 99% of the time but its definitely a little wonky going back unlike my old Xiaomi V1, it probably takes 1.5 times longer.

  • How do these perform transitioning from a hardwood floor onto a rug?

    • In my experience they have no problem going from floor boards to a rug. On floor boards the robot uses a lower power suction and increases the suction on a rug. However, it probably takes up to a metre on the rug before it senses the change and increases the suction power and the same when it leaves the rug and back onto the foor boards to lower the suction power - as such there is a delay between modes.

    • No issue with mine. Roughly 1cm difference.

$369 for the Kogan variant with the auto-empty dock: https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/kogan-smarthome-lx16-robot-vacu…

Tempted to get either one but my 1st gen Xiaomi Mi is still going strong.

    • +1

that works out cheaper. is the kogan version then also upgraded to 4000pa?

  • If you don't have the dock, when the robot gets full, what happens? Does it let you know?

    • +1

Yeah it does via a notification from the app.

  • +1

When you first use this, are you meant to completely clear all obstructions for it to map? I got it from Amazon, I was kind of disappointed by it

  • Does it handle slate floors well?

  • +1

In my experience, you have to regularly clean the roller brush from all the tangled hair, unless you don't have any females or animals in your house.

So bear that in mind when considering the auto emptying station.

    • Yes. I can confirm this is true

  • Sold out, managed to thankfully get the last one.

    • Black one is still showing up as available for me, only white is sold out.

You could also use a power converter if you don't want to wait for them to come back in stock.

      • +3

I emailed them about the AU dock, and the rep mentioned that they're expecting a shipment in the next week or two. Stock is limited until then.

        • nice, and hopefully return of the lower price

        • Yep, I got the same response!

  • How does this compare to the yeedi that was on sale for $200?

    • Yedi sucked i returned it

  • +4

Anyone else get charged more than $260 AUD?
Bought this yesterday and has just shown up on the credit card as $268 + Foreign conversion fee.
It looks like they have charged in HKD, converted 260AUD to HKD? Seems pretty sneaky and it definitely didn't show on checkout.

    • +1

This happened to me as well when buying from their website. I contacted their support, and they are going to refund me the international transaction fee.

      • I'll be contacting them too then

Can anyone comment on this blog stating that it is a scam site or experience with ordering from the store directly?
    https://malwaretips.com/blogs/uganda-2-65-22-5/

It is true that the policies are a copy/pasta (I did a quick google), and the address is also fake as it looks like a random residential address in Germany

    • +2

      Make of what you will:

Based on one review: This website has been identified by Fake Website Buster as a scam. Trustscore 1 / 100

      "customer
lubluelu.com offers you good discount and free delivery.
Once your order and pay, they send you an email stating that they can't offer you neither free delivery neither discount!!

      Still waiting for my refund!

      Beware."

    • So all the current owners who have chimed in? Did you all order on ebay/amazon?

Has anyone previously ordered directly from the website? Fair enough if its a new brand, but making wanting to make sure this isn't scammy

WHOIS check shows its a recent website, and all the youtube review vides are less than a year old

I ordered my autodock station from the website last time it was on 30% off around Black Friday. They emailed me later to say that due to selling out so quick, my order would be delayed. I waited and then the order turned up about a week ago.

        • Thanks. That re-assuring.

          Just got this email:

@dsp26 received mine today if that helps.

      • awesome thanks. when did you order?

        • +1

          @dsp26 3 Jan using this deal's link.

      • does it say 4000 on the box?

        • +1

          @ozzyoi No, it doesn't.

          • @Chinerama:

            No, it doesn't.

So the box still said 3000pa?

Anyway to tell, like in app?

            • @superforever: Nothing I noticed inside or outside the box stating so. But maybe I just didn't look hard enough… 😅

              • @Chinerama: Yeah, so confusing, even you bought it from them directly, the label still the same as 3000pa.

I received mine from Amazon from yesterday deal, I asked them on Amazon a week ago, they said the following. One thing I noticed is the label with the product name + a word "New" on it.

"I'm glad to hear from you.
Yes, our SL60D has been updated to 4000PA. However, due to Amazon platform issues, our product information has not been successfully modified. Please order with confidence."

                • @superforever: All good though. It does the job I need it to do well enough so I'm happy with the purchase… At least the vacuuming part. Haven't tried the mopping bit.

      • There is a barcode sticker on the back of the box. Does it say 3000pa or 4000pa?

  • Why is this "Presale" and "new" —- I bought the SL60D before Black Friday and paid under $200 with eBay Plus code, look it up and you will see this is exactly the same … everything is exactly the same, so not sure how it can be a presale and new, when it's …. the same as I got 2-3 months ago??

I actually had to check my eBay purchase to confirm …. also FYI SL60D sells consistently for the $220-250'ish ….

    EDIT:
Just catching up on all the posts and comments on currency conversions etc …. TLDR; buy it from eBay or Amazon, better refund, support and feedback options and price will be $220-$250. Do your own research and you'll see.

    • +1

Personally, I am waiting for Amazon or Ebay. Prefer Amazon for warranty.

      • I am waiting for Amazon or Ebay. Prefer Amazon

        Same

    • I am still genuinely interested and wanting to know how this can be a "Presale" ….

      Anyone care to enlighten me???????????????????

      • Confirmed from Lubluelu eBay store, only difference is changing spec from 3200 to 4000pa. Didn't mention the parts were different tho …

I also see they pulled all the products from eBay

  • i brought in November for $209 from this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/813928

However it failed during first clean and didnt move from first Docking, they did refund me and didn't require the unit back, I have pulled it apart but the wifi light just wont show.

  • +1

I got the unit today and very happy with it. It hits the ground and running and very easy to set up.

Let see if it's holds up.

Ordered on 31/12/2023. There was a bit of delay and mocking around with tracking and their local delivery system, but it works out ok. I hope this helps..

    • There is a barcode sticker on the back of the box. Does it say 3000pa or 4000pa?

      • Sorry I haven't checked. I threw the box out last week. Apologies.

  • Still contemplating, quite tempting. Either this or LX16 with the docking station on Kogan https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/kogan-smarthome-lx16-robot-vacu…

    • Is this a kogan clone? Is it 4000pa?

  • +1

The black AU and white AU pre orders appear to be sold out.

  • The 4000pa is available on Amazon, but only at a 40% discount. It was 45% this morning. Only in black

    • $330?

    • +1
        • yeah almost 80ish extra. maybe worth with amazon cust service?

      • +1

It says model is SL61. Not sl60d

        • True good pick up

        • Deal of the day: Robot Vacuum 3000Pa, Lubluelu 2 in 1 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo, Lidar Navigation Laser, 5 Editable Mapping,10 No-go Zones,App/Alexa, Robot Vacuum Cleaner for Pet Hair, Carpet,Hard Floor https://amzn.asia/d/fbvuNFc
          Sl60d now 279 on amazon

        • +1

I thought sl61 only had one front brush.

  • Can anyone advise how this compares to a Roboroco S7? Price aside.

  • +3

My order got delivered today but there's nothing on the box, vacuum or manual that says 4000pa. How can I know if I've got the upgraded unit?

    • I was wondering the same thing. Other than the email from them, I have not seen anything. It has good suction power when doing my carpet. I don't have the capability to measure it.

    • did you get tracking?

    • There is a barcode sticker on the back of the box. Does it say 3000pa or 4000pa?

  • Anyone else notice the lubluelu site has been down all of today:

    This site can’t be reached
    lubluelu.com refused to connect.

    • I’ve tried a number of times yesterday, I don’t have that issue

    • Worked for me yesterday

    • Works for me too. Are you using a VPN by any chance?

      • No VPN here, but the site opens fine today. weird.

    • works fine

  • So, what is the difference between the AU version and the other regions? Is it just the power cord?

    • +1

Yes the power cord is hard wired into the dock.

    • +1

i'd imagine the US version is only 110volt PSU though, better to get the EU and swap the plug on that one.

  • +2

Still waiting for AU stock… has anyone heard from them when they will have a restock (apart from the 10th Jan ETA)?

    • i've contacted them on amazon. they gave no ETA, only mentioned what others have already said - amazon processing still ongoing. or they're waiting to move old stock. i'm guessing they're waiting for aus day week to hold a promotion

    • I got an email from them on the 4th to say they estimate stock to arrive on the 10th.
Still waiting to hear from them if they got the stock or not.
It's the 12th today so I hope we get some news with an update …

      • How will we know if new stock is really 4000pa
Others have said there is nothing to indicate the box ?!?

      • same, no tracking or anything yet

      • Same, no update.

      • Emailed them and they said the delivery from the 10th had been delayed till next week.

    • I got this update, after getting my foreign fee charge refunded.

Regarding our sweeping robots, they have undergone a hardware upgrade, now boasting a suction power of 4000Pa. All units en route to the warehouse possess this enhanced capability. Despite shipping delays, the goods are expected to reach our Australian warehouse next week. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay. Once the goods arrive, we will promptly expedite the shipment of your order. Following the shipment, a tracking code will be emailed to you.

Should you require any additional assistance or have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Have a lovely day.

      • How’d you get your fee refunded? Also got charged one and wouldn’t mind not paying it if possible.

        • I just emailed them as others had above,

sent screenshot of the purchase transaction & the foreign fee.

Had I known, I would have used my other card that doesn't charge international fees.

          • @impoze: “Emailed them” as in Lubluelu? Or your card provider?

Surprised they’d willingly refund you it, any tips for what you asked for when getting a refund?

            • +1

@Bigboy97: Emailed Lubluelu, they were quite responsive.

Just said I didnt expect any other charges as nothing shown in checkout.
