Why do they deactivate loyalty cards and require you to contact them. Sounds a bit counterintuitive to get my loyalty.

Originally, when Australian, there was a clause about not selling your details offshore; but now that REPCO are NAPA, they need you to OK them putting it back into their 'active' offshore database.

Yep, it's totally random who was suspended and who wasn't. It's pseudo compliance.

Can someone explain to me why this is a good deal for semi synthetic when you can get full synthetic at or near this price every so often?
A quick search for engine oil shows 5w30 semi synthetic hasn't been under $30 since July last year…. and that was one time. Then it was months before that again.
