          I just fixed up the website to reflect a double bundle too. Which should work with two colognes and two bundles.

          Re the bag. It’s really disappointing to see that there is a copy on AliExpress as we had this one manufactured for us specifically.

          Our bundle also has the Men’s Bar which is a great all over body, face and beard wash.

            I highly doubt the manufacturer lied as the manufacturer whether it is Fashion Instinct or BEIFANYA (the manufacturer on the AliExpress Link) is selling the product. A quick google search for "Fashion Instinct bag" will find you many other sellers. My guess is you are lying as there is no indicator or proof that it was manufactured for you. There is no logo, letters or anything on the bag on your website that proves that it was specifically manufactured for you. It looks 100% identical to the Aliexpress product @Bottom G mentioned or the links that I have provided. I'm all for supporting Australian business but when it comes to lying about your "product", I am completely against it.

              Regarding lying about our product. This is simply not true and not fair to post. Our product is our range of colognes and our men’s bar (soap). These are own own brand and we stand by them.

              I understand your issue with one of the free gifts, being the shoulder bag. However, this was not branded with our name, simply as a standalone product. This product is not supposed to be available for outside purchase to the public.

              So it is disappointing that it is available, noting the original link to AliExpress didn’t work. And your links are either out of stock or available for over $20AUD.

              We are an Australian business starting up and have sunk a lot of time, effort and money in our product. So it is frustrating when people want to tear that down.

                @Redrose037: Thank you for the response! Don't get me wrong. I think that you are doing a great job against bigger luxury brands who have more brand recognition. I have no issues against the colognes and the soap. Somebody is lying in this whole thing whether it is a manufacturer or you. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. My question is how you are making a profit in this, as I assume there's a razor thin margin of profit. Soap + Cologne RRP = $75. The bag's value must be worth $30. Kudos to you and I wish you the best of luck regarding your business

                  To answer your question, is basically at this stage we are not making any money. The profit margin is indeed thin without offers. We are hoping to get people to try the brand and give us a go as a local company and hope they can see the product speaks for itself.

                  As you said it’s hard to compete against the big brands! But we will surely try!

                  Yes the bags themselves are RRP $29.99. Let’s just say the manufacturer/ supplier did get a sternly worded email this afternoon.

          Maybe it was the little sample that gave them that smell? I’m sure they must smell better than what arrived here. Wasn’t just me either. 4 adults in the same house all said same sort of thing. I don’t want to torpedo your business , just giving honest feedback.
