From my experience, the most likely leak is actually delivery companies. Have changed my number (which took days to do btw), spam started once I started buying stuff online with the new number. Have not generated spams from secondhand market places so far.

they used to have $30 pack for $10 quite often (both WW and Coles). However, in the past 1.5 months, I have been closely monitoring their price, and haven't seen that deal.
