    Comments like this are a bit concerning -

    Be careful… these guys are currently under administration. Ordered some items back in Dec 23, they advised no stock but havent received refund yet.

    My "proof" is in an email from the administrator when I followed up my order outstanding, which shows as in stock and available on your website today. I actually wasn't communicated that the company was in administration, so it came as quiet a shock when I returned in January and followed up my order from October. The administrators recommendation was to issue a charge back on my credit card. Having already waited 8 weeks (ordered at the end of October), waited through 2 "delayed" ETA's, there is no mention of another 8 weeks from December in their email or recommendation when I asked for an ETA. Extract below;
    "At this stage, we are unable to provide any refunds or fulfil orders made prior to our appointment (i.e. prior to 15 December 2023), and as such, these are on hold until we investigate the restructuring options of the Company.
    If you paid for your order via credit card. Accordingly, you may be able lodge a chargeback claim with your bank, which may be your best recourse."
    There is no issues with you trading under administration, but customers, like me, and I'm sure others, are stuck without their cash and without any indication on success of refund or stock being delivered (which you report as being in stock) - so I'm just stating the facts and making others aware.

    We're out of pocket $1600 due to unfulfilled orders from November & December. Have seen reviews on Google stating they've ordered stuff in January & haven't had anything ship despite the website showing items as in stock.

    Even the mods added a warning in the last post -

      The last statement from administrators, ahead of the second creditors meeting (scheduled last week) was that the business wasn't able to service its debts so the administration couldn't end, the creditors were recommended to place the company into liquidation, but it was recommended to wait 45 days as they are trying to sell the business/assets.

      We eventually got our money back from a Paypal dispute last week, took nearly a month end to end so we aren't out of pocket anymore but there appears to be many who are and posting fire sale items like this doesn't provide alot of confidence to me!

  2 orders from December still not sent , no refunds, spoken with administrators directly and a month later still no products or refunds. AVOID
