  • 55 Gold Coins, how much does that equal in discounts towards other games?

      55c I think.

Lego Harry Potter collection has been a monthly free ps plus game before so if you have a PlayStation and subscribed check there first.

    • This is portable though. I've got Lego City Undercover on my PS+, but I bought one for me Switch so I can play on the go.

    • Good recommend but beware also, in my experience it's glitchy as hell in back-compat on PS5 and crashes often in the opening levels. YMMV

Downloaded the Switch version, no problems.

  • This or Hogwarts Legacy

This game is two Lego games that originally came out on PS3/X360 era consoles. The port to PS4 was a very fun game for my wife and I to play together (she hasn't played many games), through to completion. It is easy, short without trying for 100% completion, and funny. It should probably run well on the switch, but the PS4 version felt pretty old and clunky given the nature of the game.

Hogwarts legacy is a brand new AAA story-based open world adventure with a solid 80+ hrs that struggles to run well on new high end equipment. Please watch some footage of it on the switch so you're not disappointed.

I reckon: buy this, finish it, and then think about Hogwarts legacy

  • Looks like a few LEGO games are on big discount at the moment. Can anyone recommend a better LEGO switch game for co-op with a kid?

    • My daughter and I had tons of fun with Lego City Undercover. It's currently 90% off - that's $8.99 very well spent.
