Eligibility – This offer is available to selected existing customers who receive a direct offer email from Origin LPG. This offer is only available to residential LPG customers for the direct supply of Origin LPG (by cylinder exchange) at a single residential address for household supply within an Origin LPG supply area . Not available to domestic 13.5kg/18kg cylinders, Origin Quick Swap, tanker-fill, or metered LPG customers.
The Discount – Orders must be made before the 31st March 2024. The customer will get $50 off their next order when they use voucher code THANKU50 when ordering LPG cylinders via My Account or the LPG contact centre.
Standard Prices, Annual Equipment Fee and Other Charges – The Discount does not apply to installation costs, the annual equipment fee, or other fees and charges which may be applicable to the customer. Origin’s LPG prices are subject to change and may vary in accordance with the terms set out in the Customer Service Charter. For more information on Origin’s standard prices or other charges that may be applicable, please call us on 13 35 74 .
Access to Property/LPG Safety – The customer’s property and LPG connection must be compliant with safety standards and accessible by Origin and our agents and contractors (including having unlocked gates and animals restrained). The customer may only order an amount of cylinders up to the maximum connection capacity at their property, and must not store unconnected cylinders.
Acceptance Date – The date that the customer redeems this offer will be deemed as the “Acceptance Date”.
Termination or variation – Origin may terminate or vary this offer at any time without notice (before it is accepted by you).
No waiver – The failure to enforce a provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
This offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other LPG offer, rebate or concession. This offer may only be redeemed once per customer.
Participating agents and dealers – This offer is not available through Origin agents and dealers.
No rain checks: Discounted cylinders cannot be pre-ordered for future delivery dates. Orders will be processed and delivered by Origin in accordance with its standard delivery timeframes.
If the customer accepts this offer, its agreement with Origin (“Agreement“) will commence on the Acceptance Date, and consist of the terms and conditions in this offer and those set out in the Origin Customer Charter - Agreement Terms - Origin LPG for your home (“Customer Service Charter“). If the customer cancels the Agreement for supply of LPG but continues to take supply of LPG from Origin, this offer will cease, but their supply of Origin LPG will continue subject to the terms in the Customer Service Charter.
